how to create a customer? - Checkout Progress
- Go to navigation panel Customers
- Select New to add new customers.
- Customer Code can be generated Manually or Automatically
- Enter the Name and Short Name of the customer.
- Enter the Address and Delivery Address of the customers.
- Add Country, City and Area.
- Enter the Contact Details of the Customers such as Phone, Fax, Email, Website etc.
- Add Accounting Details such as Main Account (where the customers payment is reflected)
- If the customer is a company, add their Trade License No. & Expiry Date.
- Select Company, Division and Salesman assigned to this customer.
- Select the Pricelist to be assigned to this customer.
- Select the desired Payment Type of the customer.
- Set Credit Limit to the customer if any.
- Enter TRN No. of the customer if it is a company
- Add Remarks if any.
- Finally, Save the customer by clicking the save option.
